Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Refund Policy & Compensation
Policy:
In case
of following shipped to the customer:-
1. Hole in item
2. Thread missed in weaving
3. Different Color thread in
weaving
4. Cut
5. Stripe or color variation
in fabric
6. Irregular stitching
7. Threads coming out of stitching
8. Seam Puckering
9. Unstitched/missing stitch
10. Threads stuck
11. Size variation
12. Color variation
13. Package
torn/ item too damaged
14. No
labels/wrong labels
15. Wrong
marking on inserts
16. Insert
marked wrongly
Pre-requisite
Required to Carry out Compensation Procedure for above -
Bhayaji Will need a Confirmation
of the Bed Size, color, any mistake from the Customer, With a Picture Of the
item they have received.

Bhayaji
will bear maximum to the extent of 40% of the product cost or Actual refund
given to buyer, whichever is less. Proof of refund has to be given.
·
Return
will be accepted at Indian warehouse for full refund and we can compensate up
to 25% of product cost as return shipping. Package received should be in
original condition and packing. .
In case of a
Quality Issue as follows:
1. Thread count not as
mentioned (No responsibility of BMPL)
2. Pilling/rough/thin/thick
fabric/bubbling/puckering/shrinkage /foul smell

Return
will be accepted at Indian warehouse for full refund. Return shipping cost to
be bourne by buyer. Package received should be in original condition and
packing.
In case of Shipping problems:
·
USA states
like PR, HI, AK, MP & VI states will be considered in REST OF WOLRD zone
and will be sent by India Post.
·
If shipment
comes in remote area, then remote area charges will be paid by client. Please
check at your end before placing order for remote area.
Bhayaji
can claim for remote area charges from client within 2 months from date of
order.
·
All orders
which are shipped through India Post are not traceable sometimes & all
responsibilities will be of client, if package is lost or damaged. No
compensation will be given.
·
If any
changes are required in the address, then client has to pay extra charges.
·
If asked to
re-route package, then re-routing cost (shipping charges) has to be paid by
client.
·
After
having tracking no.; client may track package continuously till it is delivered
to buyer. If any problem during smooth delivery of package then client should
inform immediately.
·
If item is
return to us, we can re-ship the item at additional shipping cost, which will
have to be bourne by Client. Return shipping cost has to be paid by client. If
item is back due to wrong address or buyer refuses shipment, no refund will be
given in this case.
·
If
incorrect address is given, all responsibilities will be of client. No
compensation will be given,
·
If buyer is
not at home at the time of delivery, whole responsibility will be of client. No
compensation or replacement will be given as courier companies may destroy the
product.
·
Return tracking
no. (RMA) will not be given.
·
All
destination custom charges will be paid by buyers. If buyer refuses there
shipment due to custom charges, no compensation will be provided.
Bhayaji to Drop shippers -
·
All the Adjustments will be done with the drop shipper at the
end of every month. Even in case of Refunds provided to the Customers.
·
No Adjustments of any amount are allowed in between, drop
shipper has to pay exact amount mentioned on the website in order to get their
item shipped.
·
Bhayaji may ask the clients to provide a proof for all adjusted
amounts.
·
Refund for return shipment will be done only after receipt of
item in Indore in original condition.
Payment:
Conversion rates are finalised every 15 days and any payment done on the 16th
day will be accepted on exchange rate which so ever is higher in Rupee Terms on
or before the date.
